Young Bikini
One piece swimwear isn't inherently prudish or matronly. It can be just as sexy, if not more so, than a bikini. Given a choice between a burkini and a micro thong bikini, the majority of the population would have a better chance of rocking the total coverage of the burkini, which is a fine example of slimming swimwear. The truth is that it isn't what you wear, but how you wear it. If you emerge out of the change room arms crossed in front of you, head down in humiliated apology to the world, well then, the world is going to demand an apology. Frankly, no one looks good when they are folding into themselves and skittering around like a fearful mouse in a room full of ravenous cats.
Bikini fit simply means a person who watches what they eat, they eat using common sense, the second part of this definition is devoting 15 to 20 minutes 3 to 5 days a week to yourself. It's that simple, give your body 15 minutes of your time 3 to 5 times a week and you will look great.
